We understand you lead a busy schedule and we are here to help! Your dogs will be entertained, loved, and well cared for by us! By the time you pick up your dog, much of their rambunctious energy will have been spent, and they will be ready for a calm, relaxing evening with you.

About Our Doggie Daycare Facilities:

We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable facility for your pet.

Our daycare area consists of indoor and outdoor play areas designed to be an intimate, safe environment. With a low staff to dog ratio, each dog receives more individualized attention and supervision by reducing likelihood of incidents due to overcrowding. Our daycare staff is also trained through a program specially designed by a certified dog trainer to ensure enhanced safety measures and personalized care.

Should any medical problems arise during your pet’s stay, you can have peace of mind that our veterinarians will make sure they are treated appropriately.

Is your pet due for other maintenance services? Give us a call to book these during your pet’s daycare stay. Services can include:

  • Baths and grooming
  • Nail trims
  • Anal glands

Medical Requirements:

  • Proof of up-to-date rabies, distemper, Lepto and bordetella will need to be provided before your dog will be allowed to enter daycare. Proof of a negative fecal every six months will also need to be provided.
  • Topical flea/ tick control required, flea/tick collar at own risk!
  • Spay/ Neuter Policy: Dogs over the age of 6 months must be spayed/neutered to be in daycare.

Please adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy, but if your pet exhibits any of the following symptoms, please do not bring them to daycare:

  • Green/Goopy Eyes
  • Coughing or Sneezing
  • Lethargy
  • Diarrhea or Bloody Stool
  • Vomiting
  • Persistent Scratching
  • Limping
  • Open wounds or other injury
  • Difficulty Breathing
  • Excessive Drinking

Hours are 7am-6pm — (Drop off ends at 10am)

Day Care drop-off, pick-up, and payment information:

Hours 7 am-6 pm

  • Drop-off will end at 10 am, as it is challenging to integrate more friends once a pack has been formed for the day.
  • Remember – your dog will miss you and will appreciate you being here for pick-up on time. If you have not arrived by 6:10 pm, your dog will stay overnight in our Pet Resort, and an overnight fee of $40+ will be charged.
  • All daycare dues and fees must be paid at check-in.
  • If you do not cancel a daycare reservation by 7 am of the scheduled day, you will be charged the full rate for the day of Daycare.
  • Cash, check, Visa/MC, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
  • Packages are provided only if they are paid in advance. Pre-paid packages are non-refundable.
  • Not all dogs are compatible with a daycare setting.  Our staff will evaluate your dog on their first day, and let you know how they did at the end of the day.

Medications are administered by trained veterinary staff.

If there is an emergency or your dog needs immediate medical care, our veterinarians and medical team are onsite for a quick response.

If your dog requires updated vaccinations before daycare, we can take care of those before your dog's scheduled daycare date.

We offer veterinary exams or other medical services needed during your dog’s stay.

"The Pineview pet resort is incredible! Our last dog was reactive and didn't play great with everyone; however, they always found dogs that he could play with in a safe environment. He really enjoyed going there and that was really the only place he got to interact with other dogs. Our new dog loves going there too. She is not reactive so she gets to play with lots of dogs. We have boarded her there and done a few day stays with her... she literally pulls us in the door when we go there because she's so excited to be there. It's comforting to know they have their vet office right next door in case any of the pets needs veterinary care while they are there."
